Playing with W2 and Corners

During the Connect the Dots Masterclass, the 2 bottom corner tiles featured the tangle W2 ... drawn as a corner!

 

The position of the first line drawn for this tangle makes a difference to the way the corner looks as you can see here:

For the tile on the left, the first vertical line is drawn on the right of the squares closest to the diagonal.

For the tile on the right, the first vertical line is drawn on the left of the squares closest to the diagonal.

This got me thinking, what would happen if the template was extended so that you can see how the corner develops in both directions.
